- 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Damaged or Wrong Items: If the product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
- Change of Mind: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note that for non-quality issues, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
